You're almost ready! To start using the service, proceed to activate it by following the steps below in order:

Step 1:Proceed to the electronic signature of the "Contract for the Provision of Services for the Electronic Transmission, Management and Archiving of Documents through the EINVOICING Service", by the Legal Representative of your business.

The contract has been sent from the email address Information Systems Impact via DocuSign(dse@eumail.docusign.net). Please confirm that you have received it by checking your "Inbox" and/or "Spam" folder.

Instructions: ClickReview Documentin the email you received and accept the electronic signature on the bar to display the Agreement. Following this, you will clickSignand sign either in the suggested way, which is your name, or by drawing your signature with the mouse, or if you are on mobile with your finger, or by attaching a photo file of your signature. Any of these three ways is considered valid, as once you clickAdopt and Sign, a unique string appears under your signature. Finally, clickFinishin the top right and complete the process.

Step 2:After signing, proceed to Submit IMPACT Certified Provider Authorizationto the email addresshttps://www.gsis.gr, based on the following instructions:

Step 3:The Provideraccepts the Authorization you submitted and then submits the IMPACT EINVOICING Provider Exclusive Issue Statement to the AADEin accordance with:

• The type of order documents
• The dates of the Agreement and Start of Exclusive Edition
• The details of the Alternative Internet Connection Provider if B2C Transactions are declared

The Provider Declaration is submitted by the Provider in accordance with current Legislation and you are invited to review and approve the Declaration within 10 daysof its submission or reject it and contact us in writing atdiloseis@impact.grwhat needs to be corrected immediately. On the 11th day, the Declaration is considered approved by the AADE.

Useful Information about the fields of the IMPACT EINVOICING Provider Exclusive Edition Declaration

Software Selection: IMPACT EINVOICING
Date of Conclusion: The date indicated on the first page of the Agreement
Effective Date: The date indicated in article 14 of the Agreement. According to the two Categories to which your VAT number falls as defined inDecision 1128/2025, which states:

• ⮕ 1st Inclusion Period – Businesses with gross revenues over €1,000,000 (tax year 2023):
  • Effective Date: until 12/2/2026 and with the possibility of a gradual start until 31/3/2026 or with a date until 1/12/2025, if you wish to benefit from the incentives of early integration
• ⮕ 2nd Inclusion Period – Businesses with revenues up to €1,000,000 (tax year 2023):
  • Effective Date: until 1/10/2026 and with the possibility of a gradual start until 31/12/2026 or with a date until 3/8/2026, if you wish to benefit from the incentives of early integration

Step 4:After completing the above process and after the IMPACT EINVOICING Provider Exclusive IssuanceDeclaration at the AADE is approved, you can contact your partner for the purpose of implementing and starting to use the EINVOICING Service. Please do not start sending documents through the EINVOICING Service before the EINVOICING Provider Issuance Declaration has been approved at the AADE.

ATTENTION!The Authorization Submission (Step 2), the Submission of the Exclusive Edition Declaration (Step 4) as well as the payment of the service (based on the instructions that will be sent to you), must be completed within 10 daysof signing the contract. Otherwise, the process will have to be repeated from the beginning.
